URGENT PRESERVATION MATTERS

Plumtree Lane, Easton

Proposal: A 3-story apartment building & 9 attached townhouses, parking, retaining wall, subsurface stormwater detention system, level spreader, sidewalks, storm drainage, and more, within a regulated area at 5 & 15 Plumtree Lane (half the development will be in Easton, half in Trumbull). These two properties to be developed into one huge complex are adjacent to the Mill River, one of CT's few remaining Class 1 Wild Trout Management Areas, a designation for a stream with a naturally reproducing population of wild brook and brown trout that never receive stocking from hatcheries.
